What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know about the item which was damaged within 14 days of receipt and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please follow the instructions below and one of our representatives will quickly ship out a replacement.
1. Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
2. Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a brief description of the damage.
3. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days to let you know that your return is being processed.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item by mail before the return can be processed.
What if one of my items purchased becomes defective after I receive it?
The workmanship of your products purchased are guaranteed for 365 days from the date of shipment. If at any time you become aware of a problem with the workmanship of a product within the first year from the date of shipment, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and one of our team members will ensure that the issue is rectified, whether a replacement product is provided, including the costs of shipping, or a full refund is made by crediting the original debit/credit card used to make the original purchase. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 365 days from the ship date.
How do I start the return or exchange process:
We offer a unique return process to make it quick and easy to exchange or refund your order. Do not discard or mail back your item until you receive further instructions.
Please complete the process below and one of our returns specialists will contact you within 1-2 business days.
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the following:
a) full name on the order
b) order number
c) item name
d) reason for return
e) return or exchange preferred (if exchange what item # and size)
2. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days with further instructions to complete the return process.
What If I need to change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production we may not be able to update the shipping address.
If you need to change the size, image, or product type for your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we would be happy to make the change for you for no additional fee, provided that we have not already started on your order.
All of our items are printed on demand and we get started on your artwork as soon as the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our orders, all order cancelations will incur a 50% processing fee since we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are canceled, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred (both the sending and returning shipping charges) if you cancel an order that has already been shipped.
What if I just don’t love my art décor purchase?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! However, please note that due to the custom nature of our products, we are simply unable to process refunds due to your errors in measurement, slight color variations, image source file anomalies, or just a change of mind on your part relating to either the image(s) used or the products purchased. Further, we accept no responsibility for defective installation, nor will we accept responsibility for any consequential loss resulting from faulty / defective installation.
Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.
